OFLY was conceptualized in 2018 with a simple belief, that the upcoming generation deserves to experience the grandeur, science, and soul of aviation firsthand. What began as a small initiative to reshape student perception soon evolved into a movement.

In 2021, OFLY entered schools, bringing cockpit stories, STEM concepts, and real aviation insights directly to classrooms. By 2022, OFLY had partnered with India’s leading MROs and ATOs, giving students an unprecedented behind-the-scenes exposure to aircraft, maintenance hangars, and flight operations. Workshops and seminars spread across multiple cities, reaching more than 10,000 students and igniting curiosity everywhere.

The journey soared higher with LEAP Aviation Camp, the first full-fledged aviation immersion camp in Asia crafted by OFLY. In 2024, OFLY expanded across Asia with strong Thai partnerships, and LEAP emerged as the region’s leading aviation camp, strengthened through collaboration with CATC Thailand.

Today, OFLY empowers young dreamers with early aviation exposure, career grooming, and structured experiential learning, giving every OFLYian a meaningful edge over regular aviation aspirants.

Capt. Anuj Kulshreshtha

Director

Jag Aviation Consultants Private Limited is founded by him in 2018 to spread the joy of flying an airplane. He holds Private Pilot License and Pilot License – Microlight. Presently, he leads the OFLY venture that is an exclusive platform offering student engagement and bespoke hobby flying programs. He is bachelor’s in engineering and had over 15 years of corporate experience.

A dedicated professional with over nine years of experience in education and aviation engagement, plays a key role in shaping every OFLY experience. Her expertise in student coordination, cultural understanding, and operational planning ensures that each workshop, camp, and international program runs seamlessly, delivering meaningful exposure and memorable learning for every participant.

Manish Goyal

Advisor

A second-generation businessperson with success stories in multiple businesses. Manish is an advisor with OFLY® since 2019. His keen sense of judgement and business acumen has helped OFLY® understand the market. He holds a student pilot license.
