Every winter break, students face the same predictable choice: rest, revise, or scroll. This December, OFLY is offering a fourth option - spend part of the break doing something real.
Winter Wings brings together our offline programs into three dedicated days this winter: December 25th–27th, 2026. It's built for students who want their vacation to include something more than downtime with a genuine, hands-on introduction to aviation, built around real aircraft, real instructors, and real flight training environments.
What's Included in Winter Wings
Winter Wings runs two of OFLY's core offline experiences, so families can choose what fits:
Foundation Immersion Program (FIP) A multi-day, in-person foundation - aircraft walkarounds, ground briefings, and structured exposure to what flight training actually involves. Designed for students exploring whether a pilot career is genuinely the right fit, before committing further.
Aviation Readiness Flight (ARF) For students ready to go further than observation with real flight training time with an instructor, alongside a masterclass, briefing, and debriefing session. This is stick time, not just a walkthrough.
Both are held during the same December window, making it easy for families to plan travel and scheduling around a single trip.
Why December, and Why Now
Winter break is one of the few stretches in a student's calendar with enough uninterrupted time for a multi-day, immersive program with no exams to study for, no school schedule to work around. It's exactly the kind of window a hands-on aviation experience needs.
Seats for Winter Wings are limited by design - these are small-group, high-touch programs, not large lecture-style sessions, so earlier planning makes a real difference in securing a spot.
